Casa Solé is a four-bedroom oceanfront villa within El Encanto, one of Punta Mita’s most prestigious low-density communities. The main terrace opens from the living area through wide sliding glass doors and centers around a heated infinity pool with direct ocean sightlines. Indoors, the open concept living and dining area features a Smart projector TV and a Sonos sound system in two bedrooms and common areas. The fully equipped kitchen oven, microwave, air fryer, blender, espresso and drip coffee machines, dishwasher, full refrigerator, and wine fridge is ready for everything from casual breakfasts to full dinner service.
